Which methods of payment do you accept?
We offer iDEAL, creditcard (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and postponed payment by Klarna.

Can I still modify or cancel my order after placement?
Our fulfillment center automatically picks up orders in order to maintain fast delivery times.This makes it impossible to make any modifications after placement of your order.

Do I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you get an order confirmation by email directly after your order.

📦 Shipment & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?
Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Orders that are placed before 20:00 uur will leave the warehouse that same day. For delivery times within Europe, please visit this page.

What are the costs of shipping?
Shipping costs are €7.00 for shipping within the Netherlands. Free shipping is offered for orders over €100 in the Netherlands. For shipping outside the Netherlands, you can find all information here.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a track & trace link by email.

Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs of shipping and delivery times vary depending on the country. You can have a look at this page for more information.

How do I know which size to buy?
Please use our size charts and measuring instructions, which you can find here. When in doubt, size up.

Does LSRF cycling clothing run small?
Cycling clothing generally follows the shape of the body and therefore runs somewhat small. But we do offer different types of cycling clothing, depending on your needs and wishes. When it comes to our jerseys, the Race Collection is our most aerodynamic, race-fit line of cycling clothing. Our Training Collection has a more regular fit and our Adventure Collection has a more relaxed fit.

Does you casual clothing run small?
Our casual clothing line has a regular fit. We advise you to take your normal size.

🧵 Production, Quality & Testing

Where is your clothing being made?
Our products are made for 95% in Europe. Our factories are in Italy and Portugal.

What materials do you use?
We use mostly materials that are produced in Europe, with the OEKE-TEX standard 100 certificate. This certificate guarantees that the piece of clothing is free from ingredients that could be harmful for people or nature.

Are the materials you use certified?
Yes, [OEKO-TEX® / bluesign®], free from harmful ingredients.

How do you test your clothing?
Our clothes are tested on many (extreme) bike rides, that we undertake as team LSRF or individually. These real life tests give us feedback for further production and design of our clothing. Next to our personal experience, we take in the feedback from our customers.

What type of chamois do you use in your bib shorts?
The current chamois we use in all of our bibs is a high quality chamois from Elastic Interface. We have chosen for a type of chammy that will guarantee a comfortable 7+ hours ride. Therefore, this type of chamois will please many riders those who are looking for great comfort and those who are looking for extreme durability.

🪡 Care & Repair

How do I wash my cycling clothes?
Cycling clothes get dirty from sweat and road conditions. In order to keep your clothes nice and fresh, we advice you to follow the specific washing instructions provided in the label of the piece of clothing. Generally speaking, we advise you to wash at the lowest temperature as possible, hang to dry and and don’t use any fabric softener.

Can I use a dryer for my cycling clothing?
We don’t advise to use a dryer, but if you are running out of time or space, please use a low temperature setting and short cycle.

Do you offer a repair service?
 Yes, if your clothing is damaged, you can contact our team for further assistance via info@lsrf.cc

🧾 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

How do I return a product?
You have a 30 day period to decide on your new purchase. If you want to return it, please use the return portal

Are returns free of charge?
When you decide to return (a part of) your order, we ask you to pay for the fee of shipping it back to us. But if you decide to choose for a gift card instead of money back, the return is free of charge. Please see the return portal for your options of return, depending on the size of the package and the carrier you choose to use.

Can I exchange for a different color or size?
Due to the fast changing character of our stock, we advise you to place a new order to be sure you get what you want. Exchanging is therefore not possible through our return portal.

Do I have a warranty on the purchase?
Yes, you have a legal warranty on every purchase. LSRF cycling clothing should pass the test of solid use. That being said, LSRF is not responsible for normal wear and tear. If you feel like the item you have purchased does not match our high quality standard, please contact us at info@lsrf.cc

Do you offer crash-replacement?
Yes, when you crash and your LSRF clothing got damaged, we offer replacement clothes for a reduced price. Conditions apply on this offer, please see this page.

🌍 Durability & Ethics

Under what circumstances is LSRF clothing being produced?
Our production takes place in factories, that match the highest modern demands when it comes to working conditions.The locations are certified with OEKO-TEX® and Fair Wear to ensure a safe working environment. Moreover, they work with durable solutions like solar energy to ensure a production with the least amount of emission as possible.

Do you use recycled materials?
Yes, where possible we use recycled materials in our collections. Next to that, we try to avoid waste as much as possible by using fabrics in a smart way during the production process.

How do you minimize the impact of packaging and shipment?
We pack our products in recyclable materials and we choose to produce mostly in Europe, as this is our biggest market. This way, we try to keep the transportation of goods as close by as possible, minimizing the impact on nature.

How fast do you respond to an email?
On working days we aim to respond within 24 hours. During busy periods or when our small team is on the road, it might take a little longer. We will always do our best to help you as soon as possible.

Do I need to make an account to order?
No, it is not necessary to have an account to make an order. Creating an account gives you the option to create a wishlist and have a clear overview of your orders.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available in the webshop. You can find them here.
