About Live Slow Ride Fast

Starting out as a cycling podcast, LSRF is now a full-grown media company with its own cycling clothing brand. Live Slow Ride Fast (LSRF) is the motto of former pro cyclist Laurens ten Dam and Stefan Bolt, who have been recording together life on and off the bike, by means of audio, video, photography, text and print. Our office is located in the Bijlmer Bajes district of Amsterdam, better known as the best flexible work space. When we are out of office, we are making content from places all around the world. 

Live Slow Ride Fast is not only our company name, but als the motto we carry out in every aspect of our work: from the content we shoot, to the cycling clothing we design. If this is something that appeals to you, maybe we could use you in our team!

LSRF is currently looking for a:

ALLROUND CREATIVE INTERN (24-32 HOURS)


What does this internship involve?

In 2025 we are looking for an allround creative intern that is willing to fully explore the world of cycling and media. You will get the chance to be as creative as you want in the many projects we take on, like:

Photography en videography: Helping with shoots for our brand and partners and working on the edits afterwards
Podcast production: Assisting at podcast recordings and editing audio and video files
Campaigns: Contributing to new ideas on marketing campaigns and activations Project support: Helping with the organization of events and shoots, but also of projects like REBOUND and Villa Tour
Design: Creating graphic content such as social posts en other visual design

Short story, you are a full member in our small but dedicated team and you will be given space to elaborate your ideas. We think it is important that you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and find out what qualities you possess. Who knows, you will find a more permanent spot in our team after this internship!

What does a typical office day at LSRF looks like?

You will be working for LSRF for three to four days a week, with a minimum of two days at the office. A day could look like this for instance:

Morning: brainstorm session for the new LSRF summer campaign
Afternoon: Photo- and video shoot on location for one of the partners of Live Slow Ride Fast.
Late afternoon: Editing of the newest podcast episode and preparation of social media posts.

Who are we looking for?

  • Dutch speaking (preferably native)  
  • You are a student at a MBO or HBO institute, with a focus on media, communication, marketing or creative design
  • You are available for work starting from anywhere in 2025 with a minimum of three days a week, of which two days a week at the office
  • You are familiar with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator
  • You are creative, proactive and not afraid to think out-of-the-box
  • You can work independently, you take responsibility in what you do and you are flexible - plans at LSRF can change often
  • It would be great if you already have some experience of working in a media focussed company
  • You like cycling or sports in general
