LSRF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days after delivery took place. We will issue a refund if the goods are returned “as-new” in the condition they were send and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original packaging (bag with barcode) and tags. If you wish to purchase a different size or color, we advise you to place a new order, as some items may go quickly.

Returned shipments are on customer account, unless you choose to receive a coupon code.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Please fill in the details on the return portal at lsrf.returnless.com or scan the qr-code below. 

 

Exchanges


We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you need any advice on the sizing and fit of the product, please visit this page with our size guides. If you are still in doubt, e-mail us via info@lsrf.cc. We will be more than happy to help you make the right choice. 

Because of the exclusivity of our collection, we cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; a refund will be issued for the items returned and you can place a new order for the desired item or size.
